We provide direct repair for most insurance companies.

Oregon State Law (ORS746275) says you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice. Insurance companies may suggest you go to their choice of repair facilities. They may use phrases like "We'll warranty the work if you go to ABC Body Shop," or "You may have to pay extra if you choose a different shop."

We have a lifetime warranty and negotiate with the cost of repairs with the insurance company for you. Typically the only expense to you is your deductible. We can arrange towing and have a rental car company pick you up at the shop when you drop off your vehicle for repairs. Both are available right here in Cottage Grove.
